Use of data

Data is used to connect companies with talents, manage subscriptions, secure the service and improve the user experience. Talent profiles are anonymized by default until a contact request is accepted.

Talia & AI

Artificial intelligence

Talia: messages sent to Talia may be processed by artificial intelligence services. Do not enter sensitive or confidential data unnecessarily. For Company accounts, conversations are kept for a maximum of 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted automatically. For Visitors and Talents, Talia conversations are not stored on TalentAI's servers and remain temporarily in the browser session. Web search: some requests that need recent information may use an AI-assisted web search. Only the information needed for the search is sent. Voice dictation: for signed-in users, audio is sent to an AI service solely to be transcribed. TalentAI does not keep the audio file after processing; only the transcribed text is used, if you then choose to send your message. AI recruitment features: some features for companies use AI to assess how well a talent fits a mission, generate interview questions, help the recruiter review a profile, compare talents and re-rank recommendations. These are decision aids for the recruiter and never make the final decision in their place. Discovery profiles are excluded. Personal contact details, CVs, internal notes and Pipeline data are not sent to the models in these processes. For the recruiter assistant, the professional data sent may include experience, employers, education and certifications. Candidate analysis and interview question results are kept for 30 days and the AI recommendation cache for 7 days; AI comparison results are not kept. AI technical logs, which contain neither messages nor answers, are kept for 90 days. Mission data: some information in a mission may be processed by AI services when needed for the analysis. We recommend that companies do not include personal, sensitive or confidential information unnecessarily in their mission descriptions. Model training: TalentAI does not use users' conversations or personal data to train its own AI model. TalentAI selects professional services whose applicable terms provide that customer data is not used by default to train their models, except where a specific configuration, consent or particular case applies.

Who can access it

Sharing and recipients

TalentAI does not sell personal data. It may be shared with our technical providers (hosting, payment, emails, artificial intelligence) strictly within the scope of their missions. For artificial intelligence features, TalentAI currently relies on Lovable, which provides the intermediary AI service, as well as OpenAI, Google and Anthropic. Only the data needed for the feature concerned is sent to them, and their processing is governed by their applicable contractual and data protection commitments. Some technical providers may process data from or to countries outside the European Economic Area; where necessary, TalentAI relies on the mechanisms and safeguards provided by applicable regulations and the providers' contractual commitments. A talent's full identity is only revealed to a company after the talent's explicit acceptance.
