We collect the information required to operate the platform: name, email, role (company or talent), professional profile, skills, rates, availability, CV and optional profile picture. Payment data is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
Why
Use of data
Data is used to connect companies with talents, manage subscriptions, secure the service and improve the user experience. Talent profiles are anonymized by default until a contact request is accepted.
Who can access it
Sharing and recipients
Talent AI does not sell personal data. It may be shared with our technical providers (hosting, payment, emails) strictly within the scope of their missions. A talent's full identity is only revealed to a company after the talent's explicit acceptance.
