TalentAI is open to AI and data specialists: data scientists, ML engineers, LLM/RAG engineers, MLOps, data engineers, AI product managers and AI consultants. You can be freelance or employed, depending on the opportunity types you set on your profile.

Yes, entirely. Your profile, visibility, applications and conversation tracking are free for talents, and TalentAI takes no commission from you.

What information do I need to provide?

Your Talent space guides you section by section: photo, name, country and city, professional headline, bio, role, years of experience, availability, work mode (remote, hybrid, onsite), opportunity types, day rate if you are freelance, skills, technologies, languages, CV and past experiences. A completeness indicator always shows what is left to fill in.

How is my profile reviewed?

Accepted Answer

Your profile stays a draft while you build it — save as often as you like. Once every mandatory item is complete you submit it for review; it then waits for the TalentAI team's approval before becoming visible. A profile is never published automatically.

Can I edit my profile after it is published?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any time from your Talent space. Your updates are saved and, depending on what you change, a new review may be required before they appear publicly.

Is my profile publicly visible?

Accepted Answer

Once approved, your profile can be viewed on TalentAI — but anonymised. Your full name is never shown publicly: only a shortened form (for example “Marie D.”) appears.

What exactly do companies see?

Accepted Answer

Companies see your professional content: headline, bio, skills, technologies, experiences, languages, availability, work mode and day rate if you provided one. Your full name, email and contact details stay hidden until you accept a contact request.

How is my data protected?

Your data is hosted in the European Union and access is strictly separated by role. Security measures are detailed on the Security page, and how your data is used on the Privacy policy page.

What kind of missions are on TalentAI?

AI and data focused missions and opportunities: LLM and RAG implementation, model industrialisation, MLOps, data engineering, AI project framing. They can be remote, hybrid or onsite, and you filter on what matters to you.

How do I set my availability and day rate?

From your profile: availability has three states (available, partially available, unavailable) and the day rate is set in the opportunities section if you are freelance. Both can be changed at any time and feed the recommendations.

How do I know whether a mission fits my profile?

In your Talent space each mission shows a match indicator computed from your skills, technologies, experience, work mode and availability, with an explanation of the matching points. It is decision support, never an imposed filter.

How do I apply to a mission?

From the mission in your Talent space: you can apply with an optional message, provided your profile has been approved. You then follow the status of your application and can withdraw it if you change your mind.

How can a company contact me?

Accepted Answer

An interested company sends a contact request. You are notified in your Talent space, you review the request, and you decide whether to accept or decline it.

What happens if I accept a contact request?

Accepted Answer

Accepting opens the conversation: the company then sees your identity and contact details, and messaging becomes available to continue the discussion. If you decline, nothing is shared.

Do I have to accept a mission or a request?

Accepted Answer

Never. You are free to decline a contact request, not to apply, or to withdraw an application. TalentAI imposes no commitment.

Can I delete my account and profile?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You request deletion from the Security section of your account. It is scheduled with a 30-day window during which you can still cancel it; after that, your account and the associated data are permanently deleted.
