What these terms cover
Scope
These terms govern the use of the Talent AI platform by client companies. They apply to all subscriptions and paid services offered on the website.
Plans
Subscriptions
Talent AI offers two paid plans, each available monthly or annually: TalentAI Pro at €49 excl. VAT per month or €490 excl. VAT per year (1 seat), and TalentAI Team at €99 excl. VAT per month or €990 excl. VAT per year (5 seats). Paid plans provide unlimited contact requests to talents. A free tier limited to 3 contact requests per month is also available.
Billing
Payment and renewal
Payment is made by credit card via Stripe. The subscription renews automatically until cancellation from the dashboard or by email to contact@talent-ai.fr.
Responsibility
Talent AI acts as an intermediary. Responsibility for services delivered lies with the independent talent and the client company. Talent AI does not guarantee the conclusion of a contract between the parties.
Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, users have a 14-day right of withdrawal for subscriptions concluded online. After this period, no refund is due for the current month.
